Thunderstorm season is always bitter sweet. The storms brewing leave a sweet smell in the air, a stillness in its surroundings and then once the storm strikes, the rain sounds calming and the wind feels cleansing—the thunder and lighting is scary, but it's also so beautiful. Many appreciate and love these storms. However, often times in the storms wake it leaves mayhem and chaos. So it's a love hate relationship, for sure. If you are able to enjoy the storm and the storm isn't detrimental, then that's the perfect scenario.

It's wild how, even though we know these storms can be deadly, we still all find a sense of calm in listening to them. Have you ever stood outside right before a heavy thunderstorm hits?
