Vehicle That Killed Star Trek's Anton Yelchin Was Flagged for Safety Problems and Due for Recall

On Sunday morning Anton Yelchin's Jeep rolled down his driveway, pinning then crushing him against a brick post outside of his house in Los Angeles, California. It just so happens the car that caused this horrific fatality was a 2015 Grand Cherokee, and among over one million more cars/SUVs filed for recall by Fiat Chrysler. 

More than 100 crashes have been reported to date, due to gear selector problems that can confuse drivers about whether their cars are in park or not.
