Thank you. The vet and I talked a long time just now and she says this is probably end-stage dementia from the brain cancer. There are no drugs she can give him. She says when we're ready we can bring him in and they will put him down. My heart is breaking. I gotta go.

Agreed. In the episode "In The Pale Moonlight..." Sisko got more done in that one episode than Picard did in 7 seasons. I read on fake wikipedia that when Sisko orders Worf to fire a torpedo he has him write "Don't Fuck With The Sisko" on each one.

I live in Missouri, and he was in Kansas City last march for Planet Comic-Con. Some friends and I had wanted to check it out, and the fact that Edward James Olmos was going to be there was the icing on the cake for me. So we made the two hour drive from Columbia, Mo. I have the photos on my facebook page, it would just seem weird for me to post personal photos on this site. I'm 6'8", he always seemed taller on Battlestar Galactica, but he isn't. That doesn't change the fact that he's one of my favorite actors, and he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Not only did he do a meet and greet, he also did an hour long Q&A session. Which he ended with all of us saying "So Say We All". I was a blithering idiot before and after meeting him.

Thank you kindly. I watched Battlestar Galactica the mini-series earlier this evening. I'm going to re-watch the entire series. I was lucky enough to meet Edward James Olmos last March. He's an extremely nice man, and it was an honor to have met him.
