At the grocery store, I noticed that some idiot had parked at the end of an aisle where there was no actual parking space, blocking the lane so that no other cars get by, creating a terrible traffic jam in the parking lot. While I was in the store, I heard the store manager on the intercom asking 3 times for the owner to move their car. An hour later, when I came out of the store, the car was being towed and IMMD.
