We had a nice quiet weekend. (those are the best kind!) I actually cooked real food last night for a change, lamb ribs in garlic, olive oil and herbs with long grain & wild rice, yum. I hope you are safe from the fires down there!

Hi Chaos Thanks for the collectible and especially voting my lol- hope it wasnt a pityvote :) That day was rainy and we thought inspite of rain to walk a path where we havent been before. The sun was shining there and it was almost hot, we spent a few hours there. And at the other side of the mountain was raining. You have great service at movies there, we have usually prohibitions: no food exported to the theater :( Ok, its not nice to sit on the rest of someones fries :) I have been very busy today, cooking jam of plums. If it doesnt thicken, shall it be named juice :) Have a purrfect week

Hey backatcha inspired! how are you liking Texas? I went down there once at christmas time and really enjoyed the warm weather. Sounds like you are on course and heading in a positive direction! My week has been going well, my son is home on leave from Kuwait and we're all going to get together this weekend for a bonfire, brats and beer! (no champagne drinkers in this crowd) I used to have a blue and green shawl that my mom crocheted years ago, don't know what ever happened to it,used to wear it all the time. I hope your family realizes how lucky they are to get hand made things! Have a great weekend dear lady!

Hi! Eating out and having live music - pure awesome! You've certainly had a good weekend :) I did too, in fact the "tutoring season" began and we met the new first year students on Sunday. So now it's all about them: getting to know all the people and places in the university, choosing what minor subjects to study... It's fun to meet new people and feels good to help, if they have any problems. I wish you an industrious week with your studies!

Thanks a lot for the Me Dusa! It's definitely my favorite in the Me Gusta set ^^ and thank you so much for your kind words - I agree, working at the hospice is the most intense thing I've ever done. It's incredibly sad sometimes, but there are so many wonderful moments as well, and I've met more kind-hearted people in these past few weeks than I have in my entire life. I'm so lucky to have this opportunity, and I'm extremely grateful for it. Have a beautiful Sunday =)

Hi inspiredbychaos Thanks a lot for the collectibles, you are always so kind. So nice you have met your LA friends and luckily there is internet so you can chat with each others. Here is the reason i havent answer to you http://cheezburger.com/View/5140281600 The reindeers were quite shy but i got a white one http://cheezburger.com/Kissankello/pics# We also saw some lemmings there, they are cute, small and colourful. The views are awesome and hiking there is one of my favourite hobbies. Not much rain, but enough for the nature. Have a great week!

Your fifty-fifty weekend sounds nice and balanced :) Chilifest was great. I watched the contests, but I didn't participate, since I'm a bit shy and also because Naga Morich is just too hot to handle for me :) I bought fresh green jalapenos, lemon drops and "sudden death" habaneros, so now I have a good storage of them for winter :D Also bought some chili candy which is delicious, but quite treacherous. The heat builds up with a delay, so not until your mouth is full of chili candy you know your gonna be sorry later :D

Just noticed your earlier message. I just got some sort of schedule done for my studies this autumn. It sure is nothing like yours! :D You really got some hard work and hectic times ahead of you with that program. Then again, if you like it, it doesn't feel that rough. I wish you all the best with it :) This weekend I'm going to visit an event called "Chilifest Finland" (http://www.chilifest.fi/index_eng.html) and at least buy some fresh chilipeppers, yummy! How about your weekend?

Sounds like the table and the chair are just the right things to make your apartment look your own and not just another page from an IKEA-catalogue :D Our furnishing is similiar too: part IKEA and part "recycled" from relatives. I had a busy weekend moving myself and my kitteh back to our home from my parents. We stayed there the whole summer because of my work. Now it's back to studies for me and back to being a dictator for my kitteh :) Have a great week!

Thank you! =) I don't mind you asking at all! I work at a hospice, which is something I've wanted to do for quite a while now. This first week has been really intense, but for the first time in ages I can't wait for the weekend to be over so I can go back to work! ^^ Oh, and thanks for the Burgers Away collectible! That particular kind of LOL-a-ganda certainly works on me ;) And just when I was going to check what I could send you in return, I found an extra of the only collectible you still needed ^^ talk about lucky coincidences! Hope you're having a wonderful weekend! =)

I'm glad my goggie made you laugh ^^ Thank you for the Rainbow Derp! And sorry for the late reply - I started a new job on Thursday, and my head is crammed with information and new impressions, so I'm exhausted all the time. It's wonderful though =) hope you're doing well!
