Couple of Dudes Fishing Rescue an Abandoned Kitten that Somebody had Tossed Over a Bridge into the Creek

There's a special place in hell for people who toss innocent creatures like they're trash. In turn, there's a special place in heaven for those who find these struggling creatures and help them. 

TIkToker Brice Shewmaker was out fishing with a bud for the long Memorial Day weekend. They were at a local creek when they heard some strange noises. When they further investigated, Shewmaker found that it was a tiny little kitten struggling in the muddy creek bed. The poor little fella was cover in mud and scabs and appeared to be missing a bottom lip. Shewmaker made sure to check the rest of the area to see if this was possible just a case of a mama cat choosing a bad area to home her kittens, but the muddy fur ball was all alone. Evidence pointed more to a nefarious act of some evil person throwing this kitten off the bridge and into the creek like a dang monster. 

Shewmaker saw this struggling little baby and without a second thought, saved the cat.

Since it was a holiday weekend, everything around Shewmaker was closed, so he was ill prepared to take care of a kitten that night, let alone an injured one. However, he did the best he could and the kitten instantly started showing signs of improvement. The next business day, Shewmaker had to work, but his wife took the little guy to the vet and was able to get everything he needed. The kitten is now being taken care of by the Shewmaker family and they named him Bobber in honor of being found while out fishing.

The last several updates showed a much improved kitten—nothing like the devastating looking little cat by the creek. The vet said the scabs were nothing to worry about and the appearance of a missing bottom lip was actually not from an injury and something the kitten was just born with. Bobber is now being treated for worms and is being showered in love and kept warm with a full belly by his rescuer and his family.
