Dudes Walk Two Huge Intimidating Cane Corso Dogs, Get Run Off the Path By One Fierce Little Kitty

The great Cane Corso dog! If you know about them, then you are probably obsessed. However, if you don't know about them, you might be a little intimidated by them. That's because they are very large dogs and were initially bred as guard dogs—either as a family guard dog or a livestock guard dog. So their instinct is to protect. They've also been know to help out herding large cattle and to hunt large game. 

That's why when TikToker @K9lostboy and a friend were walking their huge Cane Corse dogs and had to run for their lives because of one floofy kitty that crossed their path, it was very surprising. 

This TikToker and his friend we're just talking a friendly little walk with their large dogs. They have what some people like to call “scary dog privilege”—or you would think. While they were walking down their usual path in the park, a very fluffy small cat starts to approach them. The dog owners walk up thinking they would have no problem passing the smol guy, since they were walking their huge protective Cane Corso dogs. It never crossed their mind that this random cat could possibly have the guys to try and take on their dogs. 

To their shock, the cat starts coming directly towards them, booty up, hair standing, tail twitching, and hissing to all hell. The dogs kind of sniff with curiosity, but keep flinching back from the cat. The cat keeps faking running towards them like a mountain lion does to intimidate it's pray or protect its young. Though this cat was small, it had serious large cat energy. 

“I want whatever this cat had…”

Eventually, the cat got close enough that if it wanted to it could swipe and scratch the dogs or the humans. The large Cane Corsos, bred to protect, did not look like they were in protection mode at all, so eventually the TikToker screams “run!” The entire situation is so shocking and unbelievable, that the owners are just laughing during the entire situation. 

How is it that this tiny random cat was able to intimidate the heck out of their huge scary dogs? Even as they ran off the path onto the connecting field, the cat was chasing them. The dogs honestly didn't really seem scared, more just confused. If I had to guess, the owners thought the entire situation was simply hilarious, so they didn't express any feelings of concern or fear, so the dogs weren't vibing that they needed to protect. Smart dogs if you ask me. It probably definitely would've been way more of an issue if those dogs had gone into protection mode and caught that feisty lil floof in their jaws…
