Men should 100% not feel that they can't do or like 'girly' things. First of all 'girly' is a social construct, but beyond that, girly things are just flat-out awesome. Flowers? We love. Scented soap? The best. Girly pop stars? We STAN. There is absolutely no reason why guys feel that they can't partake in all the fun as well.
There are definitely some more 'manly' things that are hella fun as well. It feels silly to keep listing off things since anyone should be able to do whatever the hell they want regardless of how society views it. Life is too short to not wear a skirt as a man, or work in an auto shop as a woman. Both of those things sound fun! I think I'll do both this weekend, anyone else loves to dabble in both sides of the spectrum. It's simply the best.
Reddit user u/schright_dwute asked men to reveal that things that they like but are usually considered only for girls. Finally, a safe space for men to admit that pink is a beautiful color, and romcoms are bomb af. The sooner men start admitting they love feminine things, the sooner feminine things will be accepted as legitimate interests.
Yes! Ballet is amazing, and for everyone! Why is dancing considered feminine? Where did that come from? The outfits? Men wear tighter stuff when they're wrestling or boxing. Is it because of the music? Who doesn't listen to music when they work out? It might just be the fact that girls like it. Whaaatever.
