Man oh man, it sounds like this "Chad" figure learned his lesson the hard way. He didn't want to go and waste his time on what he thought was a couple of cheap customers, and then proceeds to learn that they had far more money than he originally gave them credit for.
This thread was posted to Reddit's r/pettyrevenge subreddit, and the story goes to show that not everyone in pre-school truly learns that old adage, "don't judge a book by its cover." Instead, people make assumptions based on how you dress and based on other factors that are often tied to discrimination and profiling. Thankfully, this Redditor called "Chad" out and made sure that at the end of the day, he didn't make a cent of the commission from their purchase. Some people are frugal because it's the wiser choice, not simply because they don't have money, and some people would just rather spend their money elsewhere and not on diamonds. Hopefully, "Nice Guy Dave" was able to treat himself to something nice with that commission while "Chad" sulked. Keep scrolling below for the full story!
