2021 is 25% over. Let that sink in! And I'll bet that everyone who eagerly signed up for the gym in January with a 'new year, new me' attitude has been a total of three times. Because let's face it, while the idea of working out sounds great in theory, the only exercise we're really doing is running late to bottomless brunch. Wait, what?
