Cringey Questions From Humans Who Have Clearly Never Owned A Pet Before

They say that there are no stupid questions, but some people…. Well, let's just say that some people walk the line. We've shared before a list of Veterinarians sharing the stupidest things people thought about their pets, including not knowing that boy cats have nipples. On the one hand, everyone has to start somewhere, and on the other hand, some of these questions are a bit worrying to say the least.

We're really not here to judge, because whether you're a cat or a dog lover, there might have been one time in life when you learned something new about your favorite species that absolutely stunned you. But… with all of that being said, if you're a cat owner we're just going to assume you knew that most cats enjoy getting their backs scratched and getting petted, right? So whether you're a cast or dog owner, settle down and get ready to laugh (or cringe) at these incredibly awful questions people genuinely asked the internet.

This is like asking why when a dog lifts his leg in the middle of the afternoon and pees on a fire hydrant it's fine but if you do so it's not cool. Just, like, think about it for a second. Also, and we have to say we're a little bit afraid to ask, why do you even want to do that in the first place? Like why would this be something you want to do to random people you meet. Sigh… the internet can be the worst sometimes.

We're just going to assume this is a joke, because if it's not, we're going to cry. But just to answer this guy, YES, it is illegal. Why? Because we say so, and also because people doing this really suck. So we're just going to block this question out of our heads and assume it was a troll who even asked it in the first place.
