People Who Chose Their Pets Over Their Exes Recount What Happened
Here at I Can Has Cheezburger, we've seen the importance that pets can have over a relationship many times over on the interwebz. Our pawsome readers might remember the heartwarming story we wrote recently about a cat who helped his hooman to ask out his crush, that was pretty paw-dorable! Or purr-haps you remember the slightly cringe story about a man posing as ex's pet to try and redeem himself, that was a little awkward to read about, but hey, if it works it works. Unfortunately, not everyone has a partner who sees the value and beauty of pets.
In fact we recently did a story about a woman who chose to dump her boyfriend after he couldn't respect her beloved rescue cat, right on lady! It goes without saying that our pets are pretty near and dear to our heart, so we found it interesting to read about how people gave their partner an ultimatum: the pet or me, and then were absolutely flabbergasted when people chose their beloved pets over some random dude they just met over the internet. Wow, we already know from the title that is going to be a great item, let's see what people have to say, we're hoping that for the majority of people it wasn't a difficult choice to make at all. After all, we make a commitment when we adopt our pets to be there for them as much as possible.

Oof, what a colossal a-hole! We're so happy to here about the continued health of u/buffalosansbuffalo's pet cat, diabetes can be difficult for a cat! We're also glad to here that they ditched their awful boyfriend and are now thriving with their delightful pet cat, right on!
