Worker Teaches New Manager a Lesson by Doing Things His Way, Boss Miraculously Admits He Was Wrong

Many big companies have specific workflow rules that are usually crafted by people so high up the corporate ladder, that they actually have little knowledge about day to day operations at the base level and end up making life for workers much harder. Managers are chosen to enforce these inefficient rules, which is probably why a lot of staffs end up hating their direct bosses.
