Hello, ICanHasers! We hope you're having a great Sunday Funday. The week can get hectic and stressful, so it's crucial we take advantage of the little joys we get on the weekend. Whether you're winding down with a book or out and about on the town, it's all about self-care; like sleeping in on a Sunday and having a slow morning. We especially love weekends because we get to spend quality time with our loved ones. And by that, we mostly mean our pets.

Whether it's the longer walks or extra snuggles and attention, our pets love the weekends just as much as we do. If you think about it, the weekend is kind of like a mini-holiday for them. And it should be the same for us. Wow, now that's impressive. Looks like each rat has their own room, a few common areas, and a bathroom or two.
On a real note, if you're planning to get a rat as a pet, know that they require an enriching environment. Besides food, water, and bedding, you should add toys, hammocks, and anything else that can stimulate their little rat brains.

Rats said aight we out.
Because rats are incredibly social animals, they like to be (and should be) let out of their cages so that they can interact with hoomans and other rats. Which reminds us, if you plan on getting a pet rat, it's recommended that you plan on getting two so that they can keep each other company.
