'Every. F-ing. Morning.': Service industry worker goes off on impassioned rant about when customers try to push inside early

The second circle of customer service hell comes in the form of people. There seems to be no limit to the seemingly endless hordes of people who will ask you the same questions and present you with the same stupid problems. This doesn't even include the people who scream at you and unleash their unbridled rage — these are the clueless people who absolutely do not get it and cannot be helped no matter how many times you explain something.

These clueless people are the ones that Reddit user u/BennyCroz describes in their impassioned rant. This post is incredibly accurate, and I'm so glad to learn that it is a universal experience. I can not count the number of times we'd have people barging into the store I managed while we were setting up for the day, only to get belligerent when we asked them to leave. We even had people inexplicably walk straight into the door (without even attempting to open it with their hands) on multiple occasions -but I'll share more on that later.

I hope you enjoy this rant as much as I did. For more stories from p*ssed-off industry workers, check out this server who recounted the tale of having a cop flash their badge to try to coerce them into serving the cop's underaged daughter alcohol.

“Every bloody morning I put our outside tables and chairs out 20 mins before we open. Every single day when I'm lugging the first couple of heavy ass tables out into the street, I inevitably get someone asking if we're open yet. Well obviously not since I'm still setting up, but whatever.”

Every. F-king. Morning.
