Isn't this kind of thing illegal? This job posting has got to be one of the most explicitly messed up ones we have ever come across on Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. It was posted via this thread on Reddit's r/ChoosingBeggars subreddit, and let's just say that the folks in the comments section were quick to call out just how unfair and outdated unpaid work really is.
These hiring managers required applicants to accept the idea of giving 4 hours per day of unpaid training (that's half a full work day, folks) for an entire 4-6 weeks. To assume that people would be willing to accept that is to capitalize on an assumed sense of desperation among job seekers rather than to present your workplace as an ideal one for future employees. On that note, let's also kiss any form of a "pay your dues" mentality goodbye.
