  • Man tries to board flight he has no ticket for because he doesn't want to wait for his own.
  • I was waiting to get on a flight and this guy kept trying to cut ahead of boarding groups. Of course his ticket keeps getting rejected and the attendants are getting pissed. Then, the attendant looks at his ticket, again,
  • and looks ready for a fight. Turns out his ticket was not only for a later group, but for the same flight route HOURS later. A totally different flight. At this point I'm waiting for the guy to throw a fit anyway, even though it's his fault, but oh no, it's WORSE.

  • He KNEW his ticket is for a different flight! He just doesn't care! The gate attendant told him he cannot just board a flight he doesn't have a ticket for, to which he begins screaming that he had to get dropped off earlier than expected and there's no reason he can't just take this earlier flight.
  • The gate attendant finally looked at him and informed him that knowingly attempting to board the wrong flight is a crime, and he can be barred from the airline. I have no idea if that's true. But he did finally stomp off. Absolutely wild behavior.
  • Dis_engaged 23. I have had the occasion when I wrapped up business early and just go on to the airport. So I asked at the ticket agent if I could be put on an earlier flight, sometimes "Sure". Sometimes not. But you ASK FIRST.

  • voiceofmyownsanity. Lol. I am dying of laughter thinking of the audacity of this man treating a flight like a local bus route. "Sir someone already paid for their seat." "So? They can catch the next one." I swear these people are not operating under the same human software as the rest of us.
  • dkwinsea If it appears intentional (e.g., sneaking onto a flight you aren't ticketed for, ignoring instructions, or lying to staff), it can trigger federal charges in the U.S. under TSA and FAA rules. That could mean fines, arrest, and in some cases, a criminal record.
  • Alternative_Beyond 59 Pity the attendants & passengers on his actual booked flight. He probably spent those intervening hours nursing his anger & outrage at an airport bar...

  • Inside_Major_8078 Totally true. You can be 'trespassed' from an airline and/or an entire airport. Come back to where you have been banned, do to pass Go, do not collect $200 go straight to jail. -
  • Silvertain ⚫ ive actually experienced this, im sat on an entirely full plane on the tarmac and there is one person stood talking to the air hostess getting irate as she doesnt have a seat and EVERY seat on the plane is taken...so they ask everyone
  • for ID and a boarding card and the guy sat next to me just pretends he cant hear them so obviously the know its him he somehow got through all the security etc and got on our plane.

  • They had to offload everyone then police had to check the entire aircraft which took hours so everyone is sat pissed off in the departure lounge while the dickhead that caused the delay is sat in a bit away from everyone next to a policeman while everyone stares angrily at him lol
