Birds are intelligent creatures who have evolved from dinosaurs. They can even talk like us! Do they now exactly what they're saying? It seems like it, but it's debatable. However, Rio, a blue ringneck parrot on TikTok, is making it seem like he knows exactly what he's saying.
The sweet loving birb loves all the baby birdies that come into his life. He lives in a loving home with lots of birdy siblings. Recently, the family introduced a fresh lil feathery baby into the midst and Rio was there to great it with love and happiness. Rio perches on the bowl the brand new baby bird is sitting in and starts talking to it. He calls it baby and says he loves it. He even says, “I'm gonna kiss the baby!" then dips down, gives it a little kiss on the noggin' and even makes the “mwwwwaaahhhh” sound while doing it. It's so friggin' adorable and makes you think that maybe Rio knows exactly what he's saying and doing. He wants to show this baby that there's nothing to be afraid of and that he's in a place that will surround him with love and Rio is doing just that.
