There's nothing more annoying as a programmer than being asked to make quick little changes. The people asking for these changes usually mean no harm. All they really want is for their vision to be actualized to its greatest potential. Unfortunately, their vision is extremely annoying actually to make. Like in many industries, "idea guys" are a dime a dozen in programming. Sure, someone might be able to come up with what they want in a website or data system, but can they actually make that a reality? Usually, the answer is no, not by themselves anyways. There is something to be said for someone who can clearly communicate their vision to a tee, but there's something completely different to be said for someone who can roll up their sleeves, log onto the computer, and get the job done. I have the utmost respect for programmers who work so hard to manifest the visions of the "idea guys" of the world.
