Ask Carol is a grungy indie power duo from the Norwegian mountain community of Auma. They rock hard, are working on vinyl pressing, and will even be playing SXSW this month in Austin, Tx. Big things are happening for the band, but they make sure to embrace and appreciate their original fans.

However, it just so happens their first group of fans that got them going viral was a herd of happy cows.

Who knows. how the duo figured out these cows love rock ‘n’ roll, but they did and the cows couldn't be happier. The second they start setting up, you can see in their many videos, that the cows already seem interested. Then the second they strike their first note, whether it's an original or a cover, the cows start stampeding over. The all gather right in front of them and just watch intently. Ask Carol has called the reoccurring musical experience “CowChella.”

“Cows come running when they hear Moody Moosic”

The cow fandom might have been what originally got them some notoriety online, but it has also helped to attract human fans through the app. Now, TikTokers are donating to help the duo record more music, tour around the world, and more. They even take requests from the new fans commenting on their posts for songs to play for the cows.

So if you happen to be in Austin, Texas this month for SXSW, you can catch them at the festival March 10th! If not, don't miss out on another CowChella on their TikTok.
