Mom-To-Be Lies to Husband About Their Babies Gender Because He Desperately Wanted a Boy

I've watched enough gender reveal party videos to know that some parents are super particular about the sex of their baby. This desire for a boy or a girl doesn't always come from a nefarious place. Sometimes you build up an idea in your head about who your baby is going to be, and when the biological forces at be don't conform to that expectation, you're a little upset. There's truly nothing wrong with that. However, if you act angry or indignant towards your partner because you didn't get the sex you wanted, you've got some real issues you need to work through before the baby arrives. A little boy or girl who knows their parent would've rather had a different kid is not going to feel good about themselves. One father proved that he might not be ready for a baby after his reaction when he found out his wife only told him they were having a boy to appease him.
