There's a lot going on in the wizarding world of Harry Potter these days. Although the main movies were completed over 10 years ago, millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Xers have one thing in common every autumn– it's Potter season. Potterheads may watch the movies every year, but each time we notice something new about the story. Most notably, the older we get, the more we realize just how gnarly Dumbledore is. As an old man, Albus Pervical Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, does daring cliff hikes on the ocean, he aids/abets teenagers in their quests, and he battles a psychopathic bald guy. What's not to love about our first grand-pappy role model? Dumbledore may not be our biological grandpa, but everyone watching the Harry Potter series or reading the books always wished he could be, which is why we created a meme-obituary for the man who portrayed him in most of the movies.
