Entitled customers are really twisting the whole "customer is always right" saying these days. Whatever happened to straight factual information? Some things simply cannot be argued, no matter who you are. For instance, salmon is a type of fish. When you order it, expect fish to come to your table. In addition, if a server tells you they are out of a specific dish, it's not up for debate. They're simply out. Once again, this isn't an opportunity to flex your muscles and enforce a false sense of authority. Unfortunately, the Karens of the universe will always take the opportunity to make a scene, which is exactly what happened to this poor server.

Here, this server tried to explain to the entitled Karen, who was leading a large group of eight people, that she did, in fact, order fish by ordering salmon. Perhaps she was confused, or perhaps there was some sort of cultural barrier. But nothing justifies what happened next. The Karen stood up, got into the server's face, and fully spat on her. Thankfully, the server had a good manager and not someone who also operated on the whole “customer is always right” line of thought.
