Bartender Splits Opinion on Twitter With Speedy Cashier Skills

At risk of sounding like a broken record, we all know by now that customer-facing jobs require a whole host of skills that go way beyond smiling in the face of douchebags. Arguably, bartending is up there with one of the most complex; not only do you have to know how to mix drinks and manage drunk people, you've got to be on top of payment as well. 

This has been underlined by a recent viral video of a bartender during a busy shift. Showing her taking payment for some drinks at the terminal, she goes through the menu at astonishing speed. While some viewers were in awe of how fast she was going, others were skeptical of how much skill it actually took. One thing's for sure, it's strangely mesmerizing to watch (and possibly brings back some unwelcome memories for anybody who does or has done that kind of job).
