Happy Friday, friends! We hope your week has been full of pawsitivity and warmth and nothing good vibes, but… just in case you could use a little boost of wholesomeness, we're about to make sure that your week ends purrfectly. That's right - it is time to meet the newly adopted faces of the week!
Every single week, we put together a whole new collection of awwdorable cat adoption stories to put smiles on each and every one of your faces. Here at ICanHas, we celebrate every adorable furball that finds a forever home, because they deserve it and because seeing them happy makes us all happy.
Thank you, as always, to everyone who has adopted a cat today and has shared their stories with us. And an even bigger thank you goes to those of you who adopted the 'impurrfect purrfect' cats - the senior cats, the disabled cats, the cats who have behavioral issues and more. You have all taken upon yourselves a difficult task but one that will bring you endless joy, and we absolutely have to thank you for it.

"Posted over the last two weeks about this random stray that kept coming to my house. After feeding him and gaining trust and after he decided to come into my house, I've officially adopted him. Vet estimates between 1-3 years old and apart from a minor case of ear mites, he's healthy. Meet Boba!"
"Give me all your best tips, tricks and advice for kittens! She's 11 weeks old and so far she's been super mellow with small bursts of energy. Her favorite thing to do is chase after my GSD and cuddle"
"He started hanging around our yard, so we fed him and got him used to is being around him. Trapped him and took him to the vet where he had an abscess drained, got an antibiotic shot (he had a fever of 105!), flea and parasite medication, then vaccinated and neutered. Now he's happier and healthier than ever, and we love him."
"I really want to tell you about our adopted daughter Colleen! Colleen is ten years old. She was found outside about apartment complex weighing only four pounds… She now has only three teeth, the rest had to be taken. When we met her, she was the longest stay in the shelter… A foster brought her back because she sings too much… WELL GUESS WHAT! We picked her! She might sing at 5 am but that's ok with us, helps us get up for the gym."
