Like many kids, I grew up on the idea that "Sharing is caring." As an only child, that was hard to grasp sometimes. Still is. Since there wasn't anyone around to share things with, I kept my stuff to myself. But I've learned to compensate as an adult. My friends and roommates are constantly borrowing my clothes, which I love. I adore helping them pick out outfits and expanding their wardrobe.
On the other hand, I hate sharing food at a restaurant. Want to get an appetizer for the table? Sure. But I want my own entree. I know it's cool and hip to do everything family style but I always feel like I don't get enough food. I love having my own plate. But sharing is caring I suppose! Or is it?
