There are some people that are gifted with really creative and imaginative minds. They have a strong ability to conceptualize and visualize and have a natural aesthetic sensibility. However, manifesting ideas into existence is not always possible without some sort of concrete skill. People like this probably wish to be hired at a company as some sort of 'idea guy'-- someone who can come up with an endless stream of imaginative propositions and lead a team of creators who are able to turn ideas into reality.
Then there's people with the exact opposite problem. People skilled enough to craft complex and tangible things, but who need a bit of guidance when it comes to beauty and creativity. And this is how we end up with the chairs pictured below. Who on Earth thought it was a good idea to make a Jesus chair out of wood, lay bricks into the form of a sofa, or make a seat that resembles a grocery store cart? As ridiculous as these chairs are, you have to admit they look pretty cool.
