Let's take a "look" at some unintentionally really funny signs.
These folks had to make some signs, and instead of bolding or underlining or even italicizing the important bits, they went ahead and used "quotation marks." This is fairly common to see on handmade signs, but sometimes it's also really funny. It changes the way you read the sentence in your head.
The people creating the signs are trying to get their point across, but it still brings some hilarity when you read things like 'Do not use your "feet" to flush toilet.' They managed to underline at least one part, so why would they add quotes for emphasis? You can check out a bunch of silly examples down below, and who knows, maybe you'll start to "spot" signs like these in your own neighborhood.
After that, check out these people who decided to never visit someone's home again, like one person whose host declared, "Did we mention we've got bedbugs?"
