The prelude to hump day may not be a time that screams 'party' to you, and that is more than understandable. Most of us are tired, and have a long list of responsibilities to attend to, and can't afford to think about anything too fun until the weekend rolls around. At the same time, we are responsible for making our own happiness and a lot of that depends on the way we think about it. Maybe we can't afford to go on a midweek bender, but we can romanticize the mundane things, such as absentmindedly scrolling through a list of memes. The entertainment it affords is kind of like having a party in your brain, if you really think about it. Whether that get-together is a disappointment or one for the ages is highly dependent on how you feel about these memes, or how you allow them to let you feel about them.
