Don't you sometimes wish everyone would live by that one sentence from Lilo & Stitch – 'Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten'? Life would be much better if people treated their family members like the beloved Disney movie and fought for one another no matter what.
I am sure the kid who wrote this Reddit story would have loved for his family to fight for him and show him that they care, but sadly, that is not the case. OP (original poster) is only 17 years old, and he is already dreaming of the moment he moves out of his family home. Not because he wants independence, but because he cannot stand how his mother, step-father, and half-siblings treat him. For some reason, they all decided that he was the black sheep of the family, and they did not pass on the opportunity to tell him so whenever they could. Hopefully, he won't have to endure it for much longer…
