Welcome back ladies and gentlemen of the internet. We're all familiar with the phrases 'work husband' and 'work wife.' I don't know about you, but I never thought these labels were cute or endearing; if you have an actual wife, then why is it exclusive to your nonworking hours? When you're in a monogamous relationship built on love and trust, it's a first step into allowing yourself to betray. Everyone thinks they're exempt from this temptation, but it could happen to anyone. Openly flirting with the idea that you are married to someone who isn't your spouse is only the beginning. 

In this Reddit thread, the original poster (OP) works with a woman who referred to him as work husband while hugging him a little too tightly and for too long. He feels uncomfortable, removes her hands from him, and tells her she's his work sister, which I think is much more endearing. She doesn't seem to appreciate this demotion, and makes it clear to him.
