Woman refuses husband's demands to name their baby after his ex girlfriend, he insists and turns to his family for backup, they refuse to stand by his side: ‘This is plain ridiculous’

New parents are faced with a lot, and we mean a lot, of challenges at the beginning of their parenting journey. Even before the baby actually comes, there are so many important decisions the couple has to make, that it can become quite overwhelming for the new family to handle.

One decision that may not sound that hard to make, but it really is for some people, is choosing the baby's name. Some people know since they are 13 what they are going to call their children, while some people are only able to choose a name once they leave the hospital after the birth. In addition, For some couples, it is really easy to agree on a name they both like, while for others it is practically impossible (Ross and Carol from Friends come to mind).

That being said, we can all agree that the name a couple chooses should be something both parents are happy with. It should never be a one-sided decision, because this is one of the decisions that stays for life, and is not at all likely to change in the future.
