If I came across a beach that were “overrun” with dogs, my first instinct would be to check if it were a designated dog beach, not to assume every dog owner is terrible.

Entitled mom treats dog park like a nursery for her toddler, gets defensive when owner warns her to be careful: "This isn't a playground"
I used to dabble in babysitting many moons ago. One of the toddlers I was in charge of was a 3-year-old named Tom. I had to pick him up from his nursery a couple of times a week and entertain him until dinner time. His mom wanted me to help him release all of his crazy toddler energy, so she preferred that we hang out outside for as long as possible. I got him obsessed with collecting pine cones, and he loved going to the library, but his favorite thing was going to the dog park. I never let him inside, for obvious reasons, but he liked sitting on a bench on the other side of the fence to watch the dogs play from a safe distance. One time, we saw a horse there!
In our story today, an entitled mom actually takes her kid inside of an enclosed dog park. If she had arrived with her own pooch, there likely wouldn't have been an issue. However, she arrived just with her toddler, expecting the dogs to suddenly ignore their natural behavior because there was a child in their designated area.
