Are you ready for Mother's Day this Sunday? That means the breakfast in bed must be planned, groceries bought, chores done, and kids looking cute to boot. You cannot leave a mess in the kitchen, you have to let her sleep in, and you have to HAVE TO get her flowers. I don't care if she's all, "oh, I don't need anything!" There BETTER be fresh flowers on that table when she wakes up. And, of course, the homemade cards from the kids that will either be trashed or cherished forever—both are acceptable options tbh.

But what a mother really needs on her day of celebration is a moment to herself. Several minutes where she can remember who tf she is and to LOL at memes!

So send mom all the memes you can think of! Anything that will bring a smile to her face. You should already be doing this every single day as a partner or grown adult child, but if not, at the ver least, do it on Mother's Day. She might not get the joke, but it's the thought that counts.
