  • Arne Anka-SWE Yes, they can do anything on their side. But sending water over a property line from hard surfaces is illegal in most places. Place a berm up to the property line and let the water flow back.

  • firelephant. Most municipalities have bylaws that say you have to manage drainage on your property. If it's actually damaging your property you could also pursue the matter civilly or via small claims. Or
