I think tripod culture finally broke me. I’m considering paying stupid money just to escape it.

I find it very funny when I go to yoga classes and someone will choose to film their practice. Of course there are other people in the background who are just trying to do their own thing (and no, they probably don't want to be filmed at all). A lot of the point of yoga is focusing on your body movements and clearing your mind of anything else. I just know that if I was on camera for that, thinking about how I looked to my audience would take up like, 95% of my brain space. So that always makes me giggle internally when I see these performative gym girlies setting up their tripods. They're performing the gym activities, but I can't imagine they're getting the full benefits of it at all.
Plus, like, forgive me if this is ridiculous to say, but… Do we even need to see what the gymfluencers are doing anymore? Have we all collectively tired of seeing attractive people keeping up their physiques? It's just not very interesting to me, and I'm curious if there's still a real market for gymfluencing, or if everyone else is also a little bored by it.

Go ahead, walk through their shots! It adds to the realism

This will especially work if this person shares that the filming is the reason they're thinking of leaving

WHAT?!
Not the influencer area!
Nah just kidding, I actually wouldn't mind a little gym area for people to take their photos if they need to. It's a win-win for people who want to film and people who don't want to discover they're in the background of some random person's video.
