Animal Planet Is Providing a Sneak Peak into this Year's Puppy Bowl Players and It's Adorable

Team Ruff vs Team Fluff—it's a ruff debate on who will be the winners this year. One things for sure about both teams, however, and it's that they're all so heckin' cute!

The Super Bowl is one of the most viewed televised American events ever. It's been that way for ages. So when a program started airing the same day as the Super Bowl that was designed to get shelter dogs adopted, it instantly became a hit. Take a break from all those large men bashing into each other and watch some cutie little pups play with a ball. Every dog featured playing is up for adoption, and every year every single one of them get adopted. It's beautiful and for a better cause than the actual Super Bowl.

The Puppy Bowl features team Ruff vs Fluff. The rules of the game are basically the same as actual football, but of course, made a little more loosey goosey to work accordingly with all the excited pups. It's absolutely adorable and some people tune in on Super Bowl Sunday only to catch the Puppy Bowl.

The lineup of 104 ‘canine competitors are all adoptable pups that have come from 67 shelters and rescues from 33 different states. Each year every single puppy player featured on the Puppy Bowl gets adopted, and usually even before the game actually begins.
