Itty Bitty Flea-Infested Pup Found Abandoned on the Street, is Descendent of WWII Battle Dog, and has the Most Epic Glow-Up

Back in WWII tragic battles occurred often on the Pacific Island of Saipan. The now U.S. commonwealth has an epic history with the World War and is known for the evidence of the battles left behind. One of its most common war evidence are the stray dogs. After the war, many working battle dogs were either lost or left behind. This created a surplus in strays on the island. Now these dogs are known as “boonie” dogs and run rampant on the Island. A sister duo, however, has started a rescue called Boonie Babies Rescue there with the intent on helping every single on of these four-legged war heroes.

One of their recent saves was a tiny little black dog who was covered in bugs, had bowed legs due to being severely malnourished, and was suffering from mange.

Even with all her problems, the tiny pup still approached her rescuers excitedly with a wagging tail and nothing but hope in her eyes. The TikTokers calls out to the pup and she quickly scurries over happy to take in all the pets she can. She then scoops up the pup and says “ok, you're coming home.”

The pup needed treatment for her bugs and hair loss, and of course needed lots of food, but has since made a complete turnaround. She's now looking happier than ever and ready to spread her strength and hopefulness to everyone. Recently, the Boonie Babies TikTok posted a “pupdate” video of the tiny stray's glow up and it's epic. The lil baby is running around happily sporting bright red bows for whoever wants to be her valentine.

The baby is surprisingly still looking for her forever home, but with this epic glow up, we expect it won't take long. Boonie Babies Rescue also posted several more photos of the tiny thing on their Instagram and it just keeps adding more to the cuteness and amazingness of this little one's transformation.

The rescue has many “boonie” dogs looking for homes. These babies are all most likely descents from the WWII battle dogs and deserve a beautiful loving forever home.
