My boss has been taking advantage of my flexible schedule. She changes my schedule with sometimes as little as 12 hours notice, and has been scheduling me for twice as many hours as I said I could handle (I'm in school). I put in my two weeks notice two weeks ago, and even though today was supposed to be my last day, she put me on the schedule for all of next week. I finally was able to stand up to her and say that I wouldn't do it, and IMMD!
