She wiggles, but that doesn't stop her from being the cutest fuzzball you'll ever see.
Phoebe was born with a neurological condition that makes her wobbly, but causes no pain her no pain called Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH) aka wobbly cat syndrome. The condition causes her to be a little wobbly while she's walking around or standing. It is a developmental condition where the cerebellum of the brain fails to develop properly. These kittens are considered to be “handicap” so are usually the last to get adopted. But that wasn't the case for sweet CH kitty Phoebe.
Phoebe is extra fluffy and a little wobbly. She has over 70k followers and countless viral videos with some hitting well over the millions in views. They're simply of Phoebe living her every day life as a strong cat with CH. Her followers are so dedicated, they say they'd die for her, but most of them just show some love in the comments. Others will even send her gifts!
The baby is such a sweetie. It's always inspiring seeing animals with conditions we as human consider disabilities, because they seem to not disable these animals from anything they truly love. Though Phoebe has CH, she still lives her life as the happiest, cutest, sweetest little kitty and is viral for it.
The wobbly kitty also just earned the title as loving older sister, since her ma had a baby. The two are obviously already inseparable and viewers are excited to see the wobbly baby start to crawl and walk with the help of her fuzzy wobbly partner. Phoebe doesn't only have a human sister, that's just her most recent addition to her family—she also 3 kitty siblings that she loves to play with. Even though she wobbles and her cat siblings don't, she's still considered the feisty one. She also as a little doggie sibling she she loves.
