The judge on Nicollette Sheridan's battery and wrongful termination lawsuit has thrown out the former Desperate Housewives star's accusation that show creator Marc Cherry struck her during a rehearsal.

Since Cherry is free and clear, things are not looking good for Sheridan's case.
