Stranger Pawns Off Tiny Dog to Random Woman on the Street, She Rescues Him and Names Him Pretzel

TikToker Isabel Hannon recently posted a video that went instantly viral. She happened to just be going for a walk in her neighborhood when she passed by a man trying to give away a tiny fluffy dog. He was calling out to everyone walking by if they wanted a dog, and Hannon was suspicious to where this man got the dog. 

“I'm like, ‘where did you get this dog? What's going on? What's its deal?'” she asks the man when he tries to pawn the little guy off onto her. He tells her that he bought the dog trying to get it for his daughter, but the mom wouldn't allow it, so now he was just trying to get rid of it. Hannon was suspicious and consider the possibility that this dog was stolen. She decided to take the dog to see if it already has a family looking for him and if not, she'd foster him and find him a loving home (if she doesn't decided to become that loving home). 

“I’m currently posting in every facebook group known to man and then am moving on to calling shelters. There go my plans for the day!!!” she posted in her first video.

She took the little man to the SPCA to get him scanned or see if a dog like him was anywhere in their database and he had no chip or any record. She posted in every local missing dog page she could find on the internet, but nothing. So she found a rescue to register the dog and is now fostering him. She keeps posting updates about the little guy and how he's doing. Apparently he is only several months old, so still a puppy and being is already very well behaved. She decided to name him Pretzel after a friend suggested it and it's adorably fitting.

Viewers think this is destiny; that the universe brought this young woman this puppy. Though she said she's only fostering, she said she's still deciding on if she's going to help find another home for him or keep him. Her update videos show a happy pup and that she's taking great care of him, so why not she keep him? “i understand if you’re not capable of keeping him but he looks SO happy with you!!” one commenter said. 

Her viewers love the duo so much that they are even donating money for her to help keep him. She mentions in a video that she recently quit her job, so financially-wise, taking on a dog right now might not be the best decision. But TikTok has other plans and want to help destiny keep these two together. Again, she is still deciding if she will keep him, she said she will decided after he gets all his shots and gets neutered in a few weeks, but until then she will be making updates. TikTok is definitely rooting for Pretzel and Isabel to stay together.
