Thief Steals a Car That's So Crappy He Returns it Thoroughly Cleaned with New Rims, Tires, Kill Switch, and a an Inspirational Note

Sometimes things happen in humanity that make you think a little deeper about people. For example, maybe someone stealing cars isn't just an evil person who doesn't care about anyone but himself—maybe, someone who is stealing cars is doing it simply to survive, or help his family survive, etc. What happened to TikToker Anthony Lopez aka @anthonylopez7838 truly exposes the good nature in the most unexpected person.

Recently, Lopez went viral for posting a video about his car. It had recently been stolen, but the thing about Lopez's car is that it was a piece of sh!t… It was such a crappy car that the thief saw it and felt bad for the guy. Instead of dumping the car or sealing the lemon for scraps, the thief saw someone who worked hard to afford a car—sure it was a sh!tty one, but it's not easy to save for a good car. So the sun must've been shining that day, because this car thief not only returned this guy's car back to him, he cleaned it inside and out—even the engine—got him new rims and tires and a kill switch to prevent future easy theft. The car thief also left a note apologizing, telling him that he can tell he really works hard for his things so he fixed up his car. He also promised to never steal his car form him again.

Note transcribed:

“Look my guy, I got to say I have never in my life ever dropped a car back after I took it and I take a lot of cars. So the one and only reason I'm droppin' your whip back off on fresh as$ rims with all matching tires that are brand new [is] ‘cause is 1. I got a flat and 2. is I can see you bust your ass and work on real shit deep down, I can respect that full-hearted. Do keep up the hard work and your head up cause if you don’t, I'll come back for it. 1 last thing [is for] you to open your hood and open up the fuse box under the hood and plug the fuse in, in order to start your whip. And I strongly mean it when I say you need to pull that same fuse out every f*cking time you park your car, ‘cause bro bro, I got your car in 9 seconds flat and I did it all from the right of where you sit. So please, if you want to keep your car, pull that fuse. 9 out of 10 car thiefs don’t know that trick yet and you have my word as a man, I won't take your car. For the fuse under the hood, I wired in a kill switch, [it's] your job to hide it. I am a pro car thief, I want you to know this is against everything [I do], but I saw you work and shit. I truly am sorry, if only you knew my life. Again, sorry.”

Can you believe this? This guy literally says he's a professional car thief and returning his car goes against everything he does, but he didn't want to disrespect a man trying his hardest in life. He even threatened the guy if he didn't keep up the hard work and keep his head up he'll be back for the car. Ha! Now, that's motivation. In no way should car theft be praised, but this man who is usually considered the villain in society actually did the right thing and beyond and that means something in this world.
