Kitty and Bunny Go Viral for Play Fighting, Sparks Debate on the Animals' Safety

Bunny rabbits and kitty cats are two very different types of animals—though they both are usually fluffy and loving. TikToker @sadaf.bunmum recently went extremely viral for sharing footage of her pet bunny and pet cat play fighting together. In the video it appears that the rabbit has the upper hand in the play fight, even though it was the cat making the sneak attack. However, the per owner/ TikToker also makes sure to explain that the two animals are very close with each other and would never hurt each other, they even nap together. She does add, however, that she never leaves the two alone unchaperoned. 

Though the play fighting between the two floofy cuties looks innocent enough, many viewers are commenting their concerns.

Many viewers who are self-proclaimed bunny experts are saying that rabbits never play fight and that she's actually putting her long-eared friend into a very stressful situation. Others are taking the side of the kitty and saying that rabbits actually have extremely hard bites and if the little guy actually “play” bit the cat, she could kill them. 

The owner however is unamused by the debate. She assures everyone she is very careful with her pets and prides herself on being an amazing pet parent. The two animals were raised together, eat together, and treat each other like their own flesh and blood.

She shares images of the two together as smol versions of themselves and shows they've always been bonded. Though they play fight, you can see in the video that the cat is being gentle with their bunny friend, and the rabbit isn't taking not sh*t. In fact, they're both around the same size too, so it does kind of turn out to be a fair fight between the two. Though many viewers are trying to debate that a rabbit play fighting is simply impossible, I think these two cuties keep proving them wrong.
