Simon O'Kane put his wife Leandra up for sale on eBay with a detailed list of pros and cons of the potential investment.

The couple, who is from Wakefield, Yorkshire, have a history of pranking one another. On this occasion, Simon's prank was inspired when his wife was unsympathetic after he complained about feeling unwell.

Bids reached a whopping £65,880 within two days before the auction was inevitably pulled from eBay.
