College Student Finds Random Person Stuck in the Trash Chute of Her Dorm: Turns Out to be a Prank Gone Wrong

Your college years tend to be some wild AF years, amiright?? For many, it's the first time living away from the protective rules of parents or legal guardian and it's a time to really experiment with your new found independence. For some, that means doing some in-hindsight dumb things—like elaborate pranks that never had a practical end, and yet you still go through with ti. 

TikToker Kellyn aka @ms.sexyladyy ended up being the victim of a random prank gone wrong. She was simply throwing out her trash in her dorm's trash chute. However, when she opened up the chute she heard someone yell up to her from down below. Some dude yelled, “oh sh*t” so she said, “hello??” and then the guy yelled back, “help me!” Kellyn went into panic mode so started filming in case whoever she got to help him out needed evidence of the situation.

However, as Kellyn continued chatting with this allegedly stuck man, she started to have strong suspicions that this was all just a prank. The man was not taking the situation seriously—he kept making your mom jokes and said his name was Magic Johnson. Still, Kellyn got the RA, who got the RN, who then got the campus' public safety officer. The officer told her to go back to her room and they would alert her how the situation ends up. In classic officer competence, they never told her what happened and she went to bed with many questions.

When she woke up, she had over 200k notifications and viewers needed to know more. She asked the RA what happened, and she got a sort of convoluted response, saying that they think it was just someone who snuck into the trash room pranking her. The trash room in the dorm isn't anything fancy, it's just a room with some big bins that the trash falls into and then are wheel out for trash pick up night. There are no trash compactors or anything of that sort, so the prankster would've bene fine. Kellyn was just concerned that someone fell in there and was stuck, especially since he said he was stuck upside down in there…

Some viewers are sure that the situation wasn't a prank and that he absolutely died and the TikToker is just covering it up. But she assures viewers that she talked to the RA again and confirmed that it was absolutely just a prank gone wrong. Someone must have just been using a bottom chute around the same time she was tossing her trash down a higher floor chute and she became a victim of opportunity. The prankster just used that moment to trick her into thinking he was stuck in the chute.
