Woman Reenacts Exactly what it's like Conversing with that One Coworker with No Boundaries, and it's Painfully Accurate

We all have that one coworker, boss, manager, assistant manager, etc. that finds it baffling that you have a life outside of work.

“What?!” They exclaim weekly, “You're not happy to stay late every day this week?! THINK ABOUT THE PRODUCTIVITY!”

And in most cases it's not even that you hate your job or anything, you're just aware that there are other things in life that also need to be prioritized. If you commit to giving 40 hours of your week to a company for a certain amount of financial compensation, that is all you should really be expected to provide.

Obviously, it can be beneficial to go above and beyond every so often, but that simply can not be the expectation, because then it's not really going above and beyond, is it? It's the minimum according to whomever you're speaking to.

TikTok content creater @loewhaley is known for her highly influential videos on how to conduct yourself around the workplace, and how to create boundaries and demand respect from people who work with you.

She shows us how to basically say, “F**k off” in the most professional way possible. And for that, we are eternally grateful.

Watch as the content creator reenacts those exhausting conversations we have with people in our office that somehow can never respect your time and effort.

That Boundary-less Coworker

Yep, sound familiar? At least this video is satisfying because Laura really tells herself off. That sounds kind of silly, but you know what we mean.

Here are some of the most memorable comments:

Sounds like the company wants to be more short-staffed 🤷‍♂️

"I'm not the long-term solution for the company's lack of resource planning"... that's poetry right there!

We are entering our ~standing up for ourselves at work era~ ✨

✍️Staying late today is the exception, not the rule. ✍️

The toodaloo on this one specifically was so perfect 😂

Ahh, the old "we want everyone to work harder because we're too cheap to hire more people"

Some people definitely do not agree with Laura's tactic though, they are certain this kind of response to someone, especially if they are a higher ranking position can result in you losing your job. Ugh.

For more ‘professional lingo’ you absolutely must check out more of Laura's content. We'll go ahead and include one of our favorites.
