Life gets whack, and that's okay. Sometimes it gets so whack that we straight up can't handle everything coming our way. Even though we need to get something done, we may just not be in it mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Much like napping, breakdowns are part of the human experience, and you just gotta embrace it. No matter how much of a downward spiral you go on, make sure you're hydrated in advance. You need energy for future mental breakdowns, and water will keep you in a somewhat stable state of mind. There are girls that have breakdowns because they're hungry, but I've actually had breakdowns for not drinking enough water. Take care of yourself, ladies.
You may undergo a bunch of mental breakdowns on a weekly basis, and that's okay. As long as you remember that you're still a queen, you'll be able to move on with your life. There's nothing like a queen photoshoot post-breakdown to make you feel better. If you can pull off this shoot, you can do anything.
