No matter how much of a downward spiral you go on, make sure you're hydrated in advance. You need energy for future mental breakdowns, and water will keep you in a somewhat stable state of mind. There are girls that have breakdowns because they're hungry, but I've actually had breakdowns for not drinking enough water. Take care of yourself, ladies.
