The “Follow Me” Pose
Let's be honest, we're not fooling anyone. We're on vacation together, I don't need you to lead me to the beach. I can see it from the villa I took 79 pictures of this morning. But the point of this picture is to make all your friends back home jealous. So I will gladly hold your hand (and then immediately drop it once the picture is taken) and then hold it again because your hair looked weird. Then in 6 months, you can repost it with the ever-popular #takemeback caption.

Getting Into Compromising Positions
Babe, you know that I'll go to the end of the world for you, but are you sure you need me to hang off this bridge / boat / ledge / helicopter to get this shot? Right of course, okay, just a bit to your left. Let me adjust my harness and... got it. Now help me up before I slip. Babe?

Having a Camera Ready at a Moment’s Notice
Instaworthy moments don't happen at your convenience. The best photos come from being ready to capture the perfect angle and ray of sunshine at a moment's notice. Thankfully, my years as a boy scout prepared me for this. When we're on vacation, I'm always prepared with my phone, external battery case, portable charger, selfie stick (with remote obviously), and GoPro to get those magical slow-motion clips of you running aimlessly on the beach. Everyone should know what a free spirit you are.

Knowing We Were Invited Just to Take Pictures
This one's tough. I mean, I get that it doesn't make sense for me to join you and the ladies at this drag bar for Katelyn's Bachelorette, but come on, I'm here just to take photos for you? Sigh. Madison, get it together, you're not even doing the skinny arm. Tif, you have something in your teeth. Don't block Lauren's new dress. Now everyone put your arms around each other and lean forward for no reason. There you go. 3, 2, 1 smile!

Always the Photographer Never the Influencer
Everyone always asks, "how did you take this pic?" not, "who took this pic?. It can be soul-crushing after a while. Just because I have a beard and wear nerdy graphic tees doesn't mean that I don't want to gaze longingly from the top of a mountain. When will it be my time to shine?

Mastering Pic-ception
By now you probably know how to take a picture of your partner. Get the lighting right, make sure her good side is in focus and then try 5 different angles. But have you ever taken a picture of her taking a picture? This is the ultimate Instahusband skill and will most likely occur in a crowded restaurant while your own food gets cold. Master this ancient art to become the ultimate "keeper" and tales will be told of your sacrifice. Godspeed, bro.
