25 Dumb Design Failures That Need To Think About What They've Done

Let's face it; we're stupid people who constantly make mistakes. It's just a matter of what you're in charge of that judges the full impact of your constant bungling. When it's something like "the world economy" don't worry about messing that up, cause you're probably high up enough to keep your job and end up with a nice bonus. It's too bad that when someone up top makes a crap decision, it only results in the destabilization of tons of people's lives, and it doesn't end up as a funny sign or inappropriate logo. Then people might want to get them fired.

Anyway, here are some design failures that could have used some effort.

And for the love of god, who keeps trying to carpet all of these bathrooms? Is not having cold feet while brushing your teeth in the morning really worth having your entire bathroom smell like wet dog?
